I can't connect to most net pages top top the internet besides Facebook, youtube and others (which load without problems, even videos I have actually never watched). Steam and Spotify can't attach either and also the difficulty is the exact same with both chrome and firefox.

You are watching: Can only access google and youtube

It's the same difficulty with both 2.4ghz and 5ghz.

Other tools work well on the WiFi (phones, chromecast and other laptops). I've tried deactivating mine WiFi cards and reactivating it, restarting the computer, and also running NetAdapter repair unsuccessfully.

Net adapter repair claims pingin IP is unsuccessful yet DNS ping is okay.

When I attach to a hotspot from mine phone, the internet works as usual.

I use Windows 10 64bit.

I have actually no idea what can be causing this. You re welcome help!

Thanks!

Who is her ISP? They may be having DNS issues. You deserve to always adjust the DNS servers ~ above your computer system or her modem/router to allude to OpenDNS or Google's DNS servers.

It's solved now, don't think it was the ISP though since all other gadgets worked
